Old Versions: Pre-5.11 (open the program and click "HELP") we provide support for the current version of LawTrust. If you do not have it installed, you will need to do so. If you are not on a current subscription to use LawTrust, you will need to click the "Purchase" link at the top of the page to obtain assistance.
Error Message: First try restarting your computer and printer. Shut them off; wait a minute then start them up to if that fixes the issue. If everything has been working, this should fix the issue.

- Did you restart your computer/printer first?
- What version of LawTrust you are using? Look under the "Help" button in the program.
- What version of Windows you are using? Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10?
