Terms

You are purchasing a license to use the LawTrust software. The program is not "sold" to you, it is licensed for your use. You pay a subscription fee to use the software.

If your subscription cancels, you must remove the program from your computer. Your license to use the software is terminated.

All amounts are billed in U.S. dollars at the beginning of each subscription period and will appear on your card or account statement as LawTrust. To cancel your subscription, you must go through PayPal.com to cancel. You may also cancel your subscription by contacting us. If you request to cancel your subscription, we require a reasonable amount of time to process the action. If you cancel your subscription, you will enjoy subscription benefits until the end of your then-current subscription commitment at which time your subscription benefits will terminate. You will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for the then-current subscription commitment. If your subscription ends for any reason, you will be required to renew a subscription at current rates and pay all subscription payments back to the date of the cancellation at current subscription rates.
